This page explains what data MIR collects through this website, why it is collected and what you can do about it.

Who we are

MIR is a creative and digital agency based in Novi Sad, Serbia. For anything related to your data, write to mircentar@gmail.com.

What we collect

Data you send us through the contact form. Your name, email address, the service and budget range you select, and the text of your message. You choose what to put in these fields.

Technical data attached to that submission. Your IP address and the time of sending. We record these only to filter automated spam, and they arrive as part of the same email as your message.

We do not run analytics, we do not use tracking pixels, and this site sets no cookies of its own.

Why we use it

The only purpose is to read your inquiry and reply to it. We do not send newsletters or marketing to addresses collected this way, and we do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone for their own purposes.

Where it goes

Form submissions arrive as email in our inbox and are stored there. Our hosting provider and our email provider process this data on the way, as any email requires. We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful for our communication with you, and delete it on request.

Third parties on this site

Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. When a page opens, your browser requests those font files from Google’s servers, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request. No other external service is embedded in this website.

Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to mircentar@gmail.com and we will act on it. If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you may also contact the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version appears on this page with a new revision date.
