These terms cover the use of this website. They do not replace a contract for work, which is agreed separately for every project.

Using this site

The content here is published for information. You are welcome to read it, share links to it, and get in touch. We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will be free of errors or reachable without interruption at all times.

Content and ownership

Texts, photographs, illustrations, the MIR name and the MIR logo on this site belong to MIR or are used with permission. Reusing them commercially, or republishing substantial parts of the site, requires our written consent. Quoting a short passage with a link back is fine.

Inquiries and estimates

Sending the contact form is an inquiry, not an order, and it does not create a contract. After a free consultation we send a written scope and estimate, normally within 48 hours. That estimate is valid on the terms stated in it, and work begins only once both sides agree in writing.

Prices, deadlines and deliverables for a specific project are defined in that written agreement and take precedence over anything described on this website.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website, or from decisions made on the basis of general information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

Links to other sites

Where we link to a website we do not operate, we have no control over its content or its handling of your data, and we take no responsibility for it.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes that cannot be resolved by agreement fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Novi Sad.

Changes

We may revise these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with its revision date.
